IN THE MOOD FOR: i dunno. nothing, I guess.
It felt as if the day's longer than usual. We were being asessed on our application of the things weve learned from the 2 week training and I surprisingly did well. I saw Mon ( a former schoolmate back in CSB. check his blog----> http://anothergthang.blogspot.com/ ) smoking outside the office today. He got hired last friday. It's so nice to see him again. It's been so many years since I last saw him. He lost a great deal of weight and looked quite good in his leaner built.
Today, I dismissed the idea of having this teen in our class training, as a friend. Judy* is a high school fresh grad who acts like an American and has this i-am-smart-and-oh-so-unique air that's somewhat annoying. she used to tail me around and would ask me all sort of things; theatre, bands, cool hang-out's and a whole lot more and at first, i thought it was ok. then she'd blurt things like not watching local TV programs because she finds it distasteful and often comes to work (err, training) in weird outfits. I think she does that to put a stress on her being so indifferent to us.
I've gone through a phase wherein I solate myself and refused to mingle w/ my blockmates back in college. I was 18 and was having an identity crisis. .. w/c leads me to the thought that I should be more patient with Judy* since I know better... but It's just so f*cking hard to do. hahaha! i don't have the time and energy to reach out and pacify her freakishness. my pride can't tolerate it. haha! Hence, my decission to stay away from that, uhmmm, thing called Judy* ( I know am being mean... hell yeah.)
I LOVE my other training mates though. Am particularly fond of my new lesbian friend, Barbie*. She's so cool and hysterically funny; Never a dull and wholesome moment whenever she's around =) I'm sleepy, gotta go.

IN THE MOOD FOR: Halo-halo
It's been almost 2 weeks since I started my training for HSBC. I'm looking forward to that part of the training wherein we discuss the techie stuff. For some reason, am looking forward to something that I normally dread. Camille, the daughter of my mom's kinakapatid who got hired days before me and is now my training classmate, still brings me home from work. She's such a life saver. I'm spared from spending 50php more for my fare coming home because she brings her car to work and offers to bring me home. We live in the same area. Coolness. It's safe to say that I've new found friends. People that I really like and will continue to like. It doesnt take much to get to know these crazy people. My shift starts at 3pm and ends at 11pm. Next week i'm on a much later shift that starts 9pm to 7am. Great... I anticipate zits. Oh, it's technically Valentine's day. Happy Valentine's everyone!

I can't think of a better title for my comeback post. I'm back after a looooong time of being on blogging hiatus. Time to reunite with my purple blog once again =) I dunno if i'm any better after being away for quite some time though. Same old, same old =)
Trivial updates on how i've been: (for those who actually care to read. )
+ I've lost the battle of the bulge and gained SO MUCH weight. To say that I'm FAT is an understatement.

+ I can hardly see anything now without my trusty glasses. Gawking near the television screen and reading in the dim for years finally took it's toll on my eyesight.
+ I quit smoking. Yeah.

+ last saturday, we had a drinking session at manolo's place. (minus the puking well) we played truth or fib and all the other silly games to make the clueless ones stupid.
+ March 24 is the last day of work for biggs and jocel. gonna miss you guys.
+ Sandra's leaving on march 10. pare! i'll miss you.
+ I have a photo shoot next sunday. I'm actually excited.
+ work is not as bad as I think it is.
+ the new dudes, Tino and Karlo are cool to hang with.

I was feeling a little sad so I decided to visit my friend Manolo at the manila polo club. He works at gymboree. I like his work environment. I think I'm gonna join in someday. haha.. i'd consider that as a breather before I join the corporate world once again. my current job is wearing me out big time. The place hasnt changed a bit. it still boasts of its unconformed elegance. (reminds me of the early 80's. I dunno why but it does.) People speaking in spanish. haha.. just like the old movies from the 80's when speaking in spanish depicted aristocracy. como le parece? hehe.
