+ TALE AS OLD AS TIME +
FEELING: Hungry.
HEARING: Malibu- Hole
IN THE MOOD FOR: some instant noodles and Kool-aid cali punch :-)
I saw Disney's Beauty and the Beast yesterday with my mom, sister and cousins. here's my partial review:
+KC Concepcion as Belle
I was actually surprised.. she pulled it off really well!! she hit the high notes with ease and her confidence is pretty much evident. There are some things that Ive noticed though.. I really like her accent but it tends to be whiney at some point. She has an agressive approach to the role which i think is proper. ( Considering the fact that Belle is much more of an extrovert than the utterly saccharine Snow White) she had a thick wig, as dark as her real hair and her ball gown was far from flimsy.. it was THICK and HUGE!! she wore an enormous tiara-like-thing on her head and from where i was sitting, she looked like a dancing buttered croissant. but her performance was really great. :-)
+ Jett Pangan as the Beast
He sang really well but he wasnt as frightening as he was supposed to be. Mas mataray pa yung Belle ni KC sa pagka Beast nya so they better switch roles. hehe.. ( A dominating belle and a submissive beast.. hmmmm.. hehe)
+ Calvin Millado as Gaston
hmmmm.. ok lang. enough said.
The sets were nice. minimalistic.. with the help of the projected clips on the screens situated on the backdrop. Quintessentially DISNEY WORLD.
These are all my opinions lang :-) the way i saw it.. but I hope you'd watch it. Running till July 17 .

+ Fete was a blast, except for a few things but its all good. stayed there till 430am with different set of friends.
+ Ang TV kids: mad props to us!! :-) it was nice reminiscing with you guys.. its been sooooooo long :-)
+ I have a new friend. yun lang. haha.. labo :-)

IN THE MOOD FOR: *bleep* hehe..
Last night, my sister strut her smart aleck attitude again and ive had enough. I wasnt just mad I was furious so I scolded her non stop. She went in the room and cried as if she's been tortured and she freakin called my mom in Germany just to tell her how bad i was. FUDGE!! As I was smoking in the garage, sa sobrang galit, I fainted. hahaha!!
+++ WOOFIE!!
Huggs, my Yellow labrador gave birth to 5 puppies but unfortunately, 4 of them died. Only the 1st born survived. me and my sister agreed to call him woofie!! he's an adorable pup who sucks non stop and is always on hibernating mode. cant wait to buy him his collar and walk him and cuddle him and to pinch him my cutie cute baby woof woof.. Enough.
Cant wait for fete. I dunno what to wear yet. I dont wanna go outrageous cause baka isipin nila poser ako pero sige, simple lang. I'd probably slam with Kittie or just walk around and observe people. Its so nice that the fete will be at El pueblo again. Reminiscent of the time that I was assistant stage manager for Fete de la musique 2003 (Jazz night ) also at el pueblo. hehe.. see you guys there ayt?! :-)

IN THE MOOD FOR: Chicken Fajitas
SATURDAY:
Kalay's b-day.. we ( Mari, Bobby, Shine, Toffer me and Kalay) ate at Gery's and Drank at Oody's. Cant get enough of that Chicken in pandan. (which I deliberately, Threw-up a couple of hours after) HAPPY B-DAY KARLA!!
JUST THIS MONDAY:
Got to see MJ's new house at AAV. I love the pool side. and Paolo is fixing his room. I just dont get the plaid closets. looks a litle country, if you ask me. Geneve and I went to town and stuffed ourselves with food. spent some time at powerbooks and made fun of a pretty far out song.. we came up with crazy ideas of reviving it and making a music video. haha!! neway, I gotta go.
